Core Product Portfolio for Battery Material Manufacturing
Our core product portfolio for battery material manufacturing comprises two primary sagger series:
- Corundum-mullite and cordierite-mullite saggers (mullite cordierite saggers), with an annual production capacity of 4 million units
- Graphite saggers, with an annual production capacity of 600,000 units
We engineer application-specific saggers optimized for a broad spectrum of battery material chemistries, including ternary cathode materials (NCM/NCA), sodium-ion battery materials, lithium cobalt oxide (LCO), lithium manganate (LMO), and lithium iron phosphate (LFP). These products serve as essential consumable kiln furniture throughout the cathode sintering and anode graphitization processes.
Graphite Sagger Technology
Leveraging our proprietary compression molding technology, our graphite saggers exhibit exceptional flexural and compressive strength.
